Topic: Creating Connected Community

Gain insights on how to be a game changer, quickly find common ground and leverage the leadership of 5 generations to get the most out of the strengths of different age groups on your team, to foster effective communication instead of isolation among people, build bridges rather than walls so that loneliness becomes connectedness, and reversed mentorship is welcome.

Attendees will really understand the events and environment that have shaped every generation and gain insights on strategies to build the empathy and connection needed to get the best out of everyone on how to do it through positive influence.
