In order to add a thread choose the "New Thread" button. To respond to an existing thread choose the "Read More" button and you should see a "Reply" button. If you expience any problems, please contact [email protected]. Note: There will be a delay in seeing all threads and replies being posted to the website since they will automatically go to MVSHRM for approval prior to being published.
Child Care Benefit

Many employees do not need health insurance offered by employers, as many are using the state option due to little or no cost. However, there is a concern for employees due to cost of childcare. Wondering are companies offering childcare benefits; cost reimbursement, other options? I would love to hear any ideas!!

We offer a Dependent Care FSA to help with child-care costs.

You can look into having a cafeteria plan where you can apply a certain amount towards a dependent care FSA if an employee declines health insurance
