In order to add a thread choose the "New Thread" button. To respond to an existing thread choose the "Read More" button and you should see a "Reply" button. Weekend Employees and Holiday Pay

We currently are getting ready to start a weekend shift Fri- Sun. Work , they work 36 hours and paid for 40. My question is what do other companies do when it comes to paying those weekend shift employees for Holidays that fall on their normal day off Mon- Thurs? Example, if I work the weekend shift and Memorial day is on a Mon(my normal day off), do employers pay the holiday as well or say its your normal day off. Thanks in advance.
