Cierra & Becky, thank you both for your info! Another important question that I had ---Where do you benchmark your leave benefits...can you share the name or entity that you work with for benchmarking data?

We provide 120 hours accrual over the year for PTO use, rollover is limited to 160 hours and paid out for any time over 160 hours. All time is paid upon end of employment. Sick time is time is provided annually upfront of 40 hours, no payout and allows for continuous rollover.

We offer 136.5 hours of pto for all full time staff. Part timers are prorated based on FTE. We offer 60 hours of sick time for full time and part timers prorated as well based on fte. For every five years of sick time, they receive and additional 37.5 hours (equal to one work week) of PTO. Pto is capped at 225 hours. Pto is paid out on resignations with adequate notice. Sick time is not capped but is never paid out
