In order to add a thread choose the "New Thread" button. To respond to an existing thread choose the "Read More" button and you should see a "Reply" button. If you expience any problems, please contact [email protected]. Note: There will be a delay in seeing all threads and replies being posted to the website since they will automatically go to MVSHRM for approval prior to being published.
PTO Buy Back Policy

Does anyone offer PTO buy back policies or allow that time to go towards insurance premiums?

We do not have PTO buyback, but we allow current and terminating employees to donate time to the "sick bank" for others to use if they are out of time. Here is a link to the form: https://www.hamilton.edu/documents/Combo_Donation_Form.pdf
