In order to add a thread choose the "New Thread" button. To respond to an existing thread choose the "Read More" button and you should see a "Reply" button. Patent Awards for Employees

We’re in the process of updating our patent awards and incentives processes. We currently provide a monetary award to employees when their patent is filed and when it's awarded. We are considering sharing patent royalties with the patent developer. I am trying to see what other companies do. So my questions are: 1.Do you currently provide any incentives/recognition for your employees who develop a patent? If so what do you give them and at what stage? 2. Do you share royalties with the employee patent awardee? If so is it a flat fee or a %? Thank you!
