Need Assistance with Employee Handbook and Compliance

We are a small firm with just 3 W-2 employees. We are seeking assistance in compiling our various policies into an employee handbook and assistance in ensuring we are in compliance with all state and other regulations. I would suggest checking the SHRM National website if you have anyone that is a member. If not, brokers typically have access to compliance resources such as employer portals, Zywave, etc that you can pull some basic formats. You may be able to check online for NYS employer compliance. There are all sorts of checklists available. Your best bet is probably using a good broker. Good Luck!
