Please share your staffing to employee ratio in your respective HR departments? Please clarify who is considered HR (employee relations, benefits, recruitment, training, etc.) as well as your employer size and scope of business. Thank you!

We have one HR Assistant, one Benefit Specialist and one HR Manager. Our last payroll run was for 1,002 employees.
