In order to add a thread choose the "New Thread" button. To respond to an existing thread choose the "Read More" button and you should see a "Reply" button. If you expience any problems, please contact [email protected]. To those who work in manufacturing, how do you classify your managers? Currently in a manufacturing environment. We have two leaders who supervise our laborers. Sometimes they also step in when needed, but their primary duties are to oversee the work, hire and manage staff. They are currently non-exempt. Was looking for input from those of you working in manufacturing. Thanks!
