Can anyone share what their policy is for exempt eligible employees? I want to be able to provide guidelines for exempt employees when they are hired/promoted. In addition to not requiring them to clock in/out or receive OT pay, do you require them to use PTO time when they leave early, do your exempt employees take 30 min or hour lunches etc.?
